Assalam Alaikum ! Hai Everyone !!

This is very simple and is not a controversy at all as many of them think. Yes, it is about Mohammed ( PBUH ) and Aisha. They were Husband and Wife.

Aisha was married to the Prophet at an early age. But, at what age ?! Do any one know it correctly ? This is the controversy created by the non-muslims. There is a word that whatever the dignified people say or do we've to follow and accept without any questions. We accept our Parents' views, then why not our beloved Prophet ( PBUH ) !

Why Aisha ?

Aisha was 9, 10, 11..... 19 at her marriage..... Know one know the exact information. She got married only after attaining her puberty and as said in the Quran that both the male and female should accept each other for entering into the marriage agreement with the elder's association. In Islam, marriage is an agreement. Hence, without the acceptance of Aisha and her Parents the marriage would not have taken place. Moreover Abu Bakr Siddique, the friend of the Prophet ( PBUH ) was the Father of our holy mother, Aisha !

It was said that Aisha even at her young age was intelligent and well learned and quick in learning and the ability had the capability to explain thing at ease. She should be way ahead in her days as you may come across nowadays and you should have watched in TV, news, magazines about the kids having some extra-ordinary talents.

When Khatija, the first wife of the Prophet ( PBUH ) died, Mohammed ( PBUH ) was told to get married. One of them suggested Aisha. There should be a  lot of discussion held in this matter because, the girl had not attained puberty. So betrothal took place and was decided that after attaining her age marriage could be done.

I'll explain with a simple example. As a king of a country, people will come down to him for getting their problems solved. After his death - his successor - his son or his immediate successor will come under the action. After him Khalifas, they ruled in a democratic type of governance.

It is a tradition that if there's any doubts arise the issues will be consulted with the Queen Mother. Even in this modern world, we consult with our Mother for any major decisions. This is because a wife is the most closest companion than anyone else. She would be having the informations of her husband's than anyone.

Mohammed ( PBUH ) had wives, most of them were aged ( he had married the divorcees ). To spread his words to next generations, a right person with an intelligent, intellectual and more understanding brain was required. Hence Aisha was selected as the Prophet Mohammed's wife. It is very clear that the world knows Aisha was consulted or whenever there was any doubts it was made clear after discussing with her.

Thus, we conclude that a very simple issue has been mis-represented or made a controversy by the non-islamists.

The Almighty, Allah knows the best.
